Mary Beth Wainscott,
DNP, CRNA, FNP-C
Owner
Refreshingly New strives to be your first choice for Aesthetic treatments in Ellis county. Our lead injector,
Mary Beth, is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
with a passion for aesthetics and wellness.
Mary Beth attended Texas Tech University for her undergraduate course work. She obtained her Bachelors of Art in Spanish and her Bachelors of
Science in Nursing (BSN) concurrently. She also met her husband while volunteering on the Tech Campus (President's Select)!
After gaining experience as an ICU nurse in Dallas, she attended Texas Christian University for both her Master's and Doctorate degrees in Nurse Anesthesia, graduating in 2011.
After graduation, she and her husband were blessed with two daughters in two years. As the girls grew, the schedule juggling game became an Olympic sport. So, after practicing Anesthesia for 10 years, she began to search for a more family friendly schedule.
And as they say, "timing is everything." Several pieces fell into place at the exact right time to allow for aesthetics to become more than just a personal interest.
In that moment, a dream was born.
Her years of advanced clinical practice and unique understanding of complex anatomy and pharmacology make her the perfect fit for our office and concierge aesthetic offerings.
Mary Beth's personal goal is to continue to practice anesthesia part time in conjunction with her aesthetics practice. It is the best of both worlds to combine schedule freedom and caring for clients, while keeping abreast of the current standards of care in both fields.

Odellia Zigler,
RN, BSN
Odellia Zigler is a registered nurse
who graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN). Upon graduation in 2013, Odellia went on to practice nursing for 8 years within various hospital settings, acuities and levels.
The world of aesthetics has always been of interest to Odellia. It was a career she would talk about often, but too fearful to take the leap. After seeking shadow opportunities with owner and lead injector, Mary Beth, it was clear that this interest became a dream.
It was fate and perfect timing
when Odellia and her husband not only welcomed their daughter into the world, but also received an opportunity to turn her dream into reality. Choosing to take the leap was a decision she will never regret making.
Through training,
Odellia appreciates the aesthetic approach of subtly. To restore what was lost, while promoting facial balancing and enhance features that give confidence to her clients.
Odellia believes in the importance of knowledge and education of each treatment provided. She enjoys answering questions, discussing treatment plans and advocating for her client’s best interest in all aesthetic treatments.
Dawn McKinney,
LMA, LHP
Dawn McKinney is a
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
and
Laser Professional
at Refreshingly New.
Her passion for skincare started over 20 years ago and is evident both personally and professionally. She believes in life long skin health, consistency, and pampering sprinkled into a sustainable routine.
Being an Aesthetician and a Laser Professional is Dawn’s second career. While Dawn was working at her previous career she regularly saw her esthetician and incorporated professional skincare into her daily routine. She made the choice then that when she retired from her job she would embark on the world of Esthetics since she was so passionate about it... and she has done just that!
Dawn's belief is
facials are the foundation to great skin.
Treating yourself to monthly facials, and investing into Medical Grade Skincare is beneficial on so many levels.
Dawn loves the

Serum is hands down the best Vitamin C Serum she has used. Dawn has a vast wealth of knowledge for different skin types and specializes in anti-aging and is also a Certified Acne Specialist.
In addition to Facials, Dawn also performs Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, Brow Laminations, Lash Lifts and facial waxing. She believes that a dermaplane + chemical peel together are absolutely the chefs kiss.
Dawn also enjoys preforming, Laser Hair Reduction, IPL, and Tattoo Removal.
In general, she loves helping others and will give you honest advice about your skincare needs and or goals.
Ashley Irvan,
RT, LHP,
Office Manager
Ashley Irvan wears many hats at Refreshingly New!
She is our office manager and lead logistic coordinator!
She is a great resource for you for any appointment questions, membership experience questions, and speciality appointments.
She also enjoys performing laser hair reduction and laser tattoo reduction!
Lauren Sanders,
Front Desk Coordinator
Lauren Sanders is our front desk coordinator at Refreshingly New. She brings expereince from her background in cosmetology, marketing, and as a salon manager.
Lauren is married with 2 daughters. She was previously a stay-at-home mom for 14 years before she decided to return to the working world and regain her own identity outside of motherhood.
Her passion is spreading love and kindness to all our clients and future clients. Her big smile, bigger personality and warm glow will make you feel right at home at Refreshingly New.
She is always happy to help with any needs or questions you may have. Whether it is related to your appointment, post care or membership questions, Lauren is your girl!
Keni Guthrie,
RN, BSN
If you’ve been around here long you might recognize this smiling face! She brings 20 years of nursing experience to the table!
Keni has an IV business called Mobile IVs by Keni, RNC that we have referred to for the last 3 years. (Fun fact: Mary Beth and Keni met working OB at Baylor Waxahachie 8 years ago. They used to talk about their future businesses and big dreams on night shift!)
She’s married to Michael, and together they have five kids that keep them super busy! Outside of all the beautiful chaos, Keni continues to deliver babies 2 days a week in addition to all your mobile IV needs. When she gets time to herself, she enjoys taking fun and adventurous trips as well as relaxing with a good book.
Most IMPORTANTLY, she is currently finishing her training at Refreshingly New as our new mobile injector! You can look forward to adding Tox injections to your IV hydration appointment in the very near future… all from the comfort of your home!
Cheyanne Watkins,
RN, ADN
Cheyanne is from Waxahachie and is excited to open her books to the community starting in January!
She has a background in all things operating room (from surgical scrub tech to operating room nurse!) and excels at attention to detail and keeping patients safe!
We can’t wait for you to meet her and love her as much as we do!
Grace Lawson,
RN, BSN
Grace has been a registered nurse for 10 years, and an LVN before that for 2 years. She started her nursing career in the ER and then moved to Women's Health, where she still currently practice full time.
She has been married to her best friend, Jason, for 23 years and they have 3 amazing kids (Braeden-22, Mason-20, Gracie-16). They currently reside in Grandview, Texas.
Outside of nursing she enjoys exercising, reading, spending time doing just about anything with her family, traveling and listening to live music!
She offers mobile IV services, where she comes to your home or office for an appointment! Same day appointments are usually available, lasting usually under an hour.
She is willing to travel, within reason, to help you feel your best with one of the many IV packages we offer.
