Mary Beth Wainscott,
DNP, CRNA, FNP-C
Owner
Refreshingly New strives to be your first choice for Aesthetic treatments in Ellis county. Our lead injector,
Mary Beth, is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
with a passion for aesthetics and wellness.
Mary Beth attended Texas Tech University for her undergraduate course work. She obtained her Bachelors of Art in Spanish and her Bachelors of
Science in Nursing (BSN) concurrently. She also met her husband while volunteering on the Tech Campus (President's Select)!
After gaining experience as an ICU nurse in Dallas, she attended Texas Christian University for both her Master's and Doctorate degrees in Nurse Anesthesia, graduating in 2011.
After graduation, she and her husband were blessed with two daughters in two years. As the girls grew, the schedule juggling game became an Olympic sport. So, after practicing Anesthesia for 10 years, she began to search for a more family friendly schedule.
And as they say, "timing is everything." Several pieces fell into place at the exact right time to allow for aesthetics to become more than just a personal interest.
In that moment, a dream was born.
Her years of advanced clinical practice and unique understanding of complex anatomy and pharmacology make her the perfect fit for our office and concierge aesthetic offerings.
Mary Beth's personal goal is to continue to practice anesthesia part time in conjunction with her aesthetics practice. It is the best of both worlds to combine schedule freedom and caring for clients, while keeping abreast of the current standards of care in both fields.

Cheyanne Watkins,
RN, ADN
Cheyanne is from Waxahachie and is excited to open her books to the community starting in January 2025!
She has a background in all things operating room (from surgical scrub tech to operating room nurse!) and excels at attention to detail and keeping patients safe!
Her favorite aesthetics treatment is to produce natural and balanced lips. Subtle tweaks can make a big difference!
We can’t wait for you to meet her and love her as much as we do!
Dawn McKinney,

Dawn McKinney is a
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
and
Laser Professional
at Refreshingly New.
Her passion for skincare started over 20 years ago and is evident both personally and professionally. She believes in life long skin health, consistency, and pampering sprinkled into a sustainable routine.
Being an Aesthetician and a Laser Professional is Dawn’s second career. While Dawn was working at her previous career she regularly saw her esthetician and incorporated professional skincare into her daily routine. She made the choice then that when she retired from her job she would embark on the world of Esthetics since she was so passionate about it... and she has done just that!
Dawn's belief is
facials are the foundation to great skin.
Treating yourself to monthly facials, and investing into Medical Grade Skincare is beneficial on so many levels.
Dawn loves the

In addition to Facials, Dawn also performs Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, Brow Laminations, Lash Lifts and facial waxing. She believes that a dermaplane + chemical peel together are absolutely the chefs kiss.
Dawn also enjoys preforming, Laser Hair Reduction, IPL, and Tattoo Removal.
In general, she loves helping others and will give you honest advice about your skincare needs and or goals.

Office Manager
Ashley Irvan wears many hats at Refreshingly New!
She is our office manager and lead logistic coordinator!
She is a great resource for you for any appointment questions, membership experience questions, and speciality appointments.
She also enjoys performing laser hair reduction and laser tattoo reduction!
Julia Bankhead, MA,
Front Office Coordinator
Julia is the Front Desk Coordinator and one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when visiting our office. She has lived in Waxahachie most of her life and proudly graduated from Waxahachie High School in 2024. Being part of the local community is something she truly values, and she loves helping create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every client.
Julia is beginning her journey in esthetician school this February and is excited to continue growing within the aesthetics industry. With a strong passion for beauty, skincare, and client care, she enjoys learning more each day while supporting the team and clients alike.
Outside of work, Julia is newly engaged to her high school sweetheart and enjoying this exciting season of life. Known for her friendly personality and love for conversation, she’s always happy to assist with scheduling, answer questions, and help clients feel confident and cared for from the moment they reach out.
